COVID-19:  Information

We are following strict protocols for appointments and procedures. Rest assured that we are following safety and government guidelines to keep you safe! A list of our procedures is below.

COVID-19 Protocols at Kozica Dental

• Face masks must be worn inside the building and at all times in our office, until you are seated in the exam room and a staff member asks you to remove your mask.
• If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask:  When you arrive, please stay in your car and call us when you arrive. We will let you know when you can come up for your appointment.
• Only 1 person (or 2 members from the same household) can be in the waiting room at a time.
• Enter the waiting room with your mask on, and use the hand sanitizer availble. 
• All office staff will wear face masks. The dentist, dental assistant, and hygienist will wear KN95 masks and face shields, disposable lab jacks, and gloves.
• The waiting room, office area, and exam rooms are thoroughly disinfected after each patient is seen.

The doctor and staff genuinely care about your safety and well-being. Your overall health is our highest priority—now and especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Be safe, stay healthy, and we look forward to seeing you back in the office soon for routine care!

We are located directly across from UMass Memorial Medical Center and just minutes from St. Vincent's Medical Center.

Office Hours:
Monday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Directions:

From Holden, MA:

1. Head south on Main St/MA-122A through Holden.
2. Make slight left onto Grove Street.
3. Turn left onto Salisbury Street.
4. Take the 2^nd right onto Lincoln St/MA-70.
5. Turn left onto Belmont St/Rte 9.
6. Directly across from UMass Memorial Hospital, turn left onto Edward St to enter parking lot on left for 116 Belmont Street.

From Northborough/Shrewsbury, MA:

1. Take I-290W toward Worcester.
2. Take exit 18; keep right to take the Lincoln Square ramp toward Rte 9.
3. Merge onto Lincoln St/MA-70.
4. Turn left onto Belmont St/Rte 9.
5. Directly across from UMass Memorial Hospital, turn left onto Edward St to enter parking lot on left for 116 Belmont Street.
